Overview

Unified controller for hierarchical catalog URLs.

Handles all product/support/review/FAQ pages under category-rooted paths:
/floor-heating/tempzone/flex-roll -> product line page
/floor-heating/tempzone/flex-roll/TZ-123 -> product page
/floor-heating/tempzone/flex-roll/TZ-123/support -> support page
/floor-heating/tempzone/flex-roll/TZ-123/reviews -> reviews page
/floor-heating/tempzone/flex-roll/TZ-123/faqs -> FAQs page

CMS templates living under a catalog-root slug (e.g.
app/views/pages/floor-heating/heated-floor-mat.html.erb) are NOT served
from here — they're routed directly to PagesController by explicit routes
built from PagesController.catalog_rooted_page_ids ahead of this
controller's :root/*path wildcard. A cms_fallback result here is always
a 404 (no catalog entity, no CMS template).
