Overview

Paid-advertising overview across every provider we sync — the ads
counterpart to SeoOverviewController.

Answers, in one screen: what are we spending per channel, what is it
returning, which way is each moving, and what should someone do about it.
All of it reads from Report::AdsOverviewReport; the connection/sync admin
for these same providers stays at /admin/campaign_integrations.

The view reads the rest off @report directly — it memoizes every query, so assigning each aggregate to its own ivar bought nothing but seven instance variables to keep in sync.
