Overview

Review queue for AdActionItem — the ads counterpart to the SEO action
items screen (Crm::SiteMapsController#action_items +
SiteMapRecommendationsController).

Detection is Marketing::Ads::ActionItemSync's job; this controller only
ever moves an item's disposition (accepted, in_progress, completed,
ignored) and never invents or resolves one on its own.
