Overview

Admin dashboard for ad-platform campaign integrations.

Each ad platform (Google, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Pinterest, Facebook, Microsoft) has
a nightly *CampaignSyncWorker that mirrors its campaigns into the sources
tree. This screen exposes an on-demand trigger for each, plus the Pinterest and
Microsoft OAuth connections (the platforms whose sync needs an interactive
connect).

Admin-only — these controls previously sat on the Sources index, which any
source-manager could reach.
