Weekly worker to refresh oEmbed content in blog posts

This keeps embedded content (FAQs, videos, images) current:

  • Updates FAQ content and JSON-LD schema when FAQs change
  • Updates video thumbnails and metadata
  • Updates image transformations

Scheduled weekly via sidekiq-scheduler
